Take a day out of the calendar and give yourself a boost to your managerial life and your management. We put together a program so that you both get new inspiration, new knowledge and also the opportunity for a new view of being a leader in the healthcare field.

Last year, over four hundred managers from all parts of the health sector participated in INSPIRATION.
This time we are moving this year's management conference to new surroundings, which offer new opportunities for exciting features - and with the option of a break by the water.

We start in the morning with a cozy breakfast when you arrive.
Then you will get a bouquet of professional insights on management from experts who are among the most sought after and sought after.

We will continuously reveal the names of the people who bring knowledge and inspiration about management right up to the conference.

One of the topics at this year's INSPIRATION is put up for debate by Svend Brinkmann, who is professor of general psychology and qualitative methods at Aalborg University.

Svend Brinkmann has a PhD in psychology and has written and edited a large number of books and more than 200 academic articles.
You may also know Svend Brinkmann from several radio programs - including "Brinkmann's Briks".

Workshops

During the day, there will also be an opportunity to visit the conference's marketplace in the "Leaderbyen" and visit various workshops that put current topics up for joint discussion.

We end the day by inviting you to a cozy dinner, where we digest the many impressions together.

Educational space

Educational institutions will be able to purchase an educational place. A physical place in the conference where educational institutions can stand and talk about your education. This is not a stand. But an option to have material lying on a table and then stand by e.g. a roll up with your name, and people can then inquire about the training.

It is for providers of educations that give ECTS points.

There will be a small price attached.
