On behalf of DUS, we are now offering the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor. It will be for 2 days. Friday and Saturday. If you are also participating in YDU, please note that you may have a different stand location at the DUS meeting.
Numbers of delegates
We expect approx, 150 participants from Denmark, for a couple of educatonal days.
Below you will find practical information regarding the exhibition.

Exhibition area
The exhibition will be held separately from the professional program in Congress 2 where the participants will be in Congress 1.
Exhibitors at the YDU meeting should be aware that we do not have access to YDU's stand design and therefore cannot guarantee that you will get the same stand space for both events.

Set-up and take-down

Stand setup: November 13, 2 hours before the start of the event

Dismantling of stand: After the last break of the day on November 14th

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from November 12th.

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than November 15th.
Remember to clearly mark your material with your company name and event name.
Catering
Catering is not included, therefore all catering must be ordered via Con.Ex.

Sponsorships: If you are interested in a sponsorship, please contact the company. The price for the sponsorships is: 60,000 DKK if you are responsible for everything yourself and 70,000 if the company is to contribute. .

The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Exhibition price per m2: DKK 2,250.
Administration fee: DKK 2,250 (the fee does not go to the organizer) (Includes, among other things, logo on https://www.conex.dk.)
Minimum stand size: 2 x 2 = 4 sqm.
Price example: 4 m2 x 2,250 = 9,000 + 2,250 = DKK 11,250 for the smallest stand size.

All catering and dinner must be booked either via the booking form or via this link:
Changes to the catering booking can be made until October 10th.
1 or 2 days?:
As we would like to avoid large empty spaces on day 2, you are welcome to write in the comments field whether you plan to stay both days. This does not make any difference in the booking phase for you as an exhibitor, we simply use the data for our stand design and in relation to catering booking. If you have not made this decision yet, you can simply omit writing anything in the comments field. Your decision is not fixed and can easily be changed.
