On behalf of the Intensive Care Nurses, we invite companies to participate as exhibitors at their symposium, which will be held on November 6th at the auditoriums of Rigshospitalet.

Exhibition area

The exhibition will be held in a separate area separate from the academic program. The exhibition will be in a public area

When booking, please indicate 2-3 desired stand locations. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Set-up and take-down

  • Stand setup: November 6, 7:00 -8:30

  • Dismantling of stand: After the last break of the day on November 6th

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be sent for reception on November 6th as there is no storage space on site.
It is not possible to send materials the day before this event.

Catering

If catering is desired for staff, this can be ordered in connection with the stand booking or via a separate link that will be sent out later.

Price per meal: U/B

 

Inventory

Included: table, chair, tablecloth/sheet and electricity at the stand.

Hotel rooms

Hotel room bookings are made directly with surrounding hotels.

The price for participation as an exhibitor consists of the following:

  • Exhibition price per stand: DKK 5,000

  • Administration fee: DKK 2,250

The administration fee is charged by Con.Ex and does not accrue to the organizer. The fee includes, among other things, logo exposure on Con.Ex's website.

Fixed stand size of approx. 2x3= 6 m2

Fixed stand price = DKK 5,000
Administration fee = DKK 2,250
Total price: DKK 7,250

All prices are excluding VAT

The price includes the following:

  • Exhibition in the break area (Public area)

  • 1x daily catering per stand,

  • table and tablecloth/sheet on the stand

  • Electricity at the stand

  • Access to the meeting.

The price in the calculation is fixed in the contract.
