INSPIRATION 27 – A market day organized by the Danish Nurses' Council's Management Association!

Join us as over 400 leaders gather for a day of inspiration, new perspectives and focus on the future of healthcare leadership.

The April 13, 2027 INSPIRATOR invites 27 leaders from across the healthcare sector to a day filled with new knowledge, current themes and inspiration for the leadership role.

For exhibitors, INSPIRATOR is an obvious opportunity to meet decision-makers and leaders across the healthcare system - face to face and in a setting where dialogue, inspiration and new ideas are at the center.

Take part in the exhibition and get the opportunity to present your solutions, products and competencies to a target group that works with development and management in the healthcare system.

INSPIRATOR 27 is one day – but with lots of opportunities for visibility, relationships and new contacts.

When booking your stand, please request 3 stands. This can be done under the field “other requests”'’

Set-up and take-down

  • Setup – April 13 – 7:00-8:30

  • Dismantling -April 13th- after last break

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from September 12th.

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than September 14th.

Catering and equipment

The following is included in your booth:

  • – 1x meal

  • – Regular table

  • – Chair

  • – Electricity at the stand (extension cord)

Changes in catering or furnishings
If you wish to make changes to your order of furnishings or catering, this must be done via this link.

A list of participants will be provided at this exhibition. We expect to receive this approximately 2 weeks before the start of the event.

Pricing for Stand Purchase:
Price for a 3m2 stand: DKK 7,650 excl. VAT incl. admin. fee

Itemized pricing:
Exhibition price per m2: DKK 1,800
Administration fee: DKK 2,250
Administration fee to external party (fee does not go to the organizer)

Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 m2.
Price example: 3 m2 x 1,800 = 5,400 + 2,250 = DKK 7,650 for the smallest size. 

When booking, you are welcome to request up to 3 stands, we will do our best to fulfill everyone's wishes.

It is possible to order a stand size according to your needs, so if you need 3m2, 6m2 or 12m2, this can easily be done.
