On behalf of DØNHO (Danish Ear, Nose and Throat Doctors' Organisation), we now offer the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at this meeting.

With roots dating back to 1981, the Danish ENT Association has over the decades developed into a central meeting point for the country's practicing ENT doctors. The organization represents a well-established and specialized professional group with great influence on daily practice in the Danish healthcare system. By participating as an exhibitor, you will have a unique opportunity to present your solutions directly to decision-makers and create valuable relationships in a focused and professionally strong environment.

Exhibition area

The exhibition will be held at Restaurant Louise.

The exhibition is held seperate from the educational program.

There are 16 stands available, please request a stand when booking. Stands are currently 2×2, but can be made in the size needed.

When booking your stand, please request 3 stands. This can be done under the “other requests” field.”

Set-up and take-down

  • Setup – November 20 – from 7:00 a.m.

  • Dismantling -November 20th- after last break

Materials can be submitted from November 19th.

Catering

Catering is not included in the stand purchase, all staff at the stand must therefore purchase catering/registration.

Price per meal: DKK 716

Price dinner: DKK 780

All prices are excluding VAT via the booking form.

Booking of hotel rooms is made directly with the hotel.

Welcome to the program

One of the first items on the day is a brief welcome from you, the exhibitors, to the participants in the plenary session.
This is a good opportunity to give a brief introduction about which company you represent and what you have on your stand.

The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 2,100
Administration fee: DKK 2,250,- Administration fee to external party (the fee does not go to the organizer) Includes, among other things, logo on https://www.conex.dk
Minimum: 2x2= 4m2
