Below you will find practical information regarding the exhibition.

New Venue and new board
This year we welcome the new board, which means we are moving from Jutland to Zealand where the meeting will be held at Scandic Sydhavnen.

Exhibition area

The exhibition area will be in the Aluminum room.

The break meals will be distributed between the foyer and the exhibition area, so that participants naturally stop by the exhibition during breaks. Lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant.

Set-up and take-down

• Setup – 30 April – 2 hours before the start of the programme

• Dismantling -May 1st- after last break

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from April 29th.

Delivery address
Scandic Sydhavnen, Sydhavns Plads 15, Copenhagen SW

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than May 2nd.

REMEMBER to clearly mark your packages with DNS, Company Name, ConEx.

Catering and equipment

The following is included in your booth:

• 1x catering

• Table

• Chair

• Electricity at the stand (extension cord)

If you wish to make changes to your order of furnishings or catering, this must be done via this link.

No later than April 1st

Lunch is served in the restaurant. Coffee breaks are served in the exhibition room.

Dinner April 30

It is possible to come to the dinner on April 30th.

This can be ordered using the same form as when booking your stand.

If there are any changes to this, an e-mail must be sent to: info@conex.dk before April 1st.

Sponsorships

If your company wants to support the event and at the same time become visible to the participants, sponsorship will be available.

We are currently determining the specific sponsorship opportunities and will return with more information when the framework is in place.

Hotel rooms

Booking of hotel rooms is made directly with the hotel.

Participant list
A list of participants will be provided at this exhibition. We expect to receive this approximately 2 weeks before the start of the event.
