DHHKS (Danish Society of Head and Neck Surgery) invites you to participate as an exhibitor at this year's annual meeting at the beautiful Hesselet in Nyborg. Here, the country's head and neck surgeons gather in a professionally strong forum, where knowledge, experience and new developments are shared across the specialty.

As an exhibitor, you become part of a vibrant meeting point for decision-makers and specialists, where the dialogue is professional, curiosity is high, and interest in new solutions is clear. It is an obvious opportunity to create visibility, strengthen relationships, and present your products directly at the heart of the specialty.

Below you will find practical information regarding the exhibition.

Exhibition area

The exhibition will be held separately from the academic program in the morning-afternoon break area.

Stand plan: Stand plan – DHHKS – 2026

When booking, please indicate 2-3 desired stand locations. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Set-up and take-down

  • Setup: on 5 November – 2 hours before the start of the programme

If there is no evening meeting, the exhibition area will be available from 6:00 PM on November 4th.

  • Dismantling November 6th after the last break

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from November 4th.

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than November 9th.

Remember to clearly label it with DHHKS Annual Meeting and everything must be packed down for the carrier after the exhibition.

Catering

Catering is included for 1 person per stand.

Price per additional meal:

If catering is required for additional people, this can be ordered when booking the stand or via a separate link that will be sent out later.

Inventory: Tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc. are free, however there are only a few café tables.

Hotel rooms

Rooms have been reserved at Nyborg Strand for you exhibitors. It is not possible to book rooms at Hessellet. Contact Nyborg Strand directly and inform them that you are an exhibitor at this event.
