The biggest event of the year in the emergency field, Northern Europe's largest emergency conference, DEMC, will once again attract a large number of participants on November 18-19, 2026.

We invite you to two inspiring days with a focus on current challenges and visions for handling the acute patient in and outside the hospital. Success is repeated DEMC11 follows up on previous years' success.

A large number of doctors, nurses, rescuers and political decision-makers participated in the exchange of knowledge and experience. DEMC11 is aimed at everyone with an interest in the emergency area, and offers a large and diverse conference program. A unique forum The interest in the emergency patient and the emergency area has never been greater in Denmark.

Across the country, emergency departments and emergency hospitals are being established and newly built, and the entire emergency area is undergoing rapid professional and technological development in recent years. DEMC11 gives participants the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest national and international research and development. DEMC11 is a unique opportunity to network within the medical field of emergency medicine. Here is a unique opportunity to meet approx. 500-600 participants who all work within the emergency area.

Setting up and taking down stands

Setup: It is only possible to set up on November 18th from 6-8 am

We are investigating whether we can come in on the evening of the 17th from 8pm, but will write to the exhibiting companies that have registered when we know more.

Registration opens on November 18, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and the stands must be fully assembled by that time.

Dismantling of stands must take place on Friday, November 19th after the last break and all material and stands must be cleared by 5:00 PM.

Stand overview

The event takes place in the Hangeren at Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport.

The area is a bit dark, so remember to have extra lighting at the stand.

Write your stand requests in your booking, it is first come, first served and will be based on the official booking and not on emails sent to info@conex.dk

Sending exhibition materials prior to the conference

Shipments must be delivered no earlier than November 18th and must be marked as follows:

Comfort Hotel & Congress Copenhagen Airport. Ellehammersvej 18. 2770 Kastrup

Please state: DEMC11, Stand number, company name and contact person

Storage of your materials during the exhibition

Since the entire Hanger is booked, it is not possible to store materials, boxes, etc. in the area.

Therefore, only bring equipment and materials that you can keep at the stand or in the car.

Parking during the event

There is no agreement on free or cheaper parking, however, there are many parking spaces in the area.

Catering at DEMC:

Registration for the conference is not included. This must be booked separately for 2,500 DKK per person.

The price includes access to both the conference and exhibition on both days, participant materials and the opportunity to book a hotel on the same terms as the participants.

Stand price:

Price per m2. DKK 2,500 excluding VAT

Admin fee: 2,000 DKK excluding VAT

Minimum stand is 2x2= 4m2

Price examples:

4m2 stand:

4x 2,500= 10,000 kr + 2,000 = 12,000 kr. ex VAT

6m2 stand:

6x 2,500 = DKK 15,000 + 2,000 = DKK 17,000 ex VAT

8m2 stand:

8x 2,500= 20,000 kr + 2000 = 22,000 kr. ex VAT

10m2 stand:

10x 2,500 = DKK 25,000 + 2,000 = DKK 27,000 ex VAT

 

Included in these stands are:

• Logo on the back of the conference program.

• Stand in the exhibition area on both conference days.

• Possibility to place material for all visitors at the main entrance.

• 1 conference table, 1 regular chair, wifi and 1 extension cord.

Catering at DEMC:
