On behalf of DASYS, we are now offering the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the DASYS Research Conference on January 21, 2027.

The theme of the conference is: Nursing research as a social responsibility in a time of change.

When the healthcare system is changing, it requires new knowledge to do something different – and do it better. The conference focuses on how nursing research can form the basis for wise prioritization, simplification without loss of quality and meaningful practice in a context of healthcare reform. We focus on the role of nursing research as a corrective to management logics. Nursing research is not just about more knowledge, but about better choices – with significance far beyond the profession itself.

New exhibitor initiative

This year, DASYS has chosen to introduce the exhibitors as part of the welcome. We hope that this will create extra value for the exhibition and at the same time help to put greater focus on the exhibitors who help make the event possible.

The course is 1 day.

Numbers of delegates

We expect approx, 50 participants from Denmark, for a couple of educatonal days.

Set-up and take-down

Stand setup: D. January 21, 2 hours before the start of the event
Dismantling of stand: After the last break of the day on January 21st

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from January 20th.

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than January 22nd.

Remember to clearly mark your material with DASYS, company name

Catering and inventory ordering
All additional catering must be ordered separately via link or in connection with booking the stand.

The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:

Exhibition price per m2: DKK 1,600,-
Administration fee: DKK 2,250
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 m2.
Price example: 3 m2 x 1,600 = 4,800 + 2,250 = DKK 7,050 for the smallest stand size.
