On behalf of DAENA, we are now offering the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at their Trade Show.

Daena works to ensure that emergency nurses participate in interdisciplinary, interregional and intersectoral collaboration, nationally and internationally.

Set-up and take-down

  • Stand setup: April 1st, 2 hours before the event starts

  • Dismantling of stand: After the last break of the day on April 1st

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from March 31st.

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than April 2nd.

Catering and inventory ordering

The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 1,600
Administration fee: DKK 2,250.
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm
Price example: 3 m2 x 1,600 = 4,800 + 2,350 = DKK 7,050 for the smallest stand size.

Included in the stand purchase are:

  • Exhibition in the break area,

  • Table and chair on the stand,

  • Electricity at the stand

  • Logo on Pause slide
