On behalf of the Danish Urogynecological Society (DUGS), we are now offering the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the annual meeting.
DUGS has existed since 2005 as an interdisciplinary association for nurses, physiotherapists and physicians with an interest in urogynecology.
It is about 1 day.

We expect approx, 100 participants from Denmark.

Exhibition area
The exhibition is held in a separate area separate from the academic program.
There will be lunch in the restaurant, while coffee, cake, etc. will be served in the exhibition area.

When booking, you can specify your desired stand location. Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Choose the stand size that best suits your needs. If you need more space, we can easily combine several stands into one larger stand.
Set-up and take-down

Stand setup: January 7th from 7:00 AM
All stands must be fully set up when participants arrive.
It is potentially possible to set up the stand the evening before if the premises are not rented out for an evening event. More info will be sent closer to the event.

Dismantling of stand: January 7th after the last break at.
Material shipment
You can send your materials to the hotel on January 6.
The materials must be collected no later than January 8.
Remember to label all packages clearly with:
DUGS – Company name – CONEX
Catering
Admission to the meeting and catering are included. 1 representative per stand.
If you wish to bring additional representatives, they must be ordered separately via ConEx.

Stands can be booked in the size you want, however with a minimum stand of 3 m² (1.5 × 2 m).
Hotel rooms
Booking of hotel rooms is agreed and made directly with the conference venue.
Participant list
No participant list will be provided in connection with this exhibition.
