On behalf of FSAIO, we invite companies and organizations to participate as exhibitors at their Autumn Trade Fair, which will be held on October 21 at Comwell HC Andersen.

The event brings together professionals with an interest in anesthesia, intensive care and recovery nursing and provides good opportunities for professional dialogue, networking and presentation of relevant products, services and solutions.

Exhibition area

The exhibition is held in a separate area separated from the academic program. in the foyer of Odense Concert Hall

Set-up and take-down

  • Stand setup: October 21, 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Dismantling of stand: October 21st from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

All stands must be set up upon participants' arrival.

Material shipment

Shipping of materials
Materials can be submitted from October 20th.

Delivery address
Comwell HC Andersen, Claus Bergs Gade 7, 5000 Odense

Collection of materials
Materials must be picked up no later than October 22nd.

Remember to clearly mark your material with your company name and FSAIO.

Info from the hotel

If the materials are not collected as agreed, a fee will be charged. daily fee of min. DKK 800,- for storage and additional fee for possible later disposal.

Catering

Catering is included for 1 person per stand.

Price per additional meal: 480 DKK Excl. VAT

If catering is required for additional people, this can be ordered when booking the stand or via a separate link that will be sent out later.

Inventory

The following equipment is included at your stand: Table, chair and electricity at the stand

Hotel rooms

Booking of hotel rooms is made directly with the hotel.

The price for participation as an exhibitor consists of the following:

  • Exhibition price per m²: DKK 2,150

  • Administration fee: DKK 2.2250
    The administration fee is charged by Con.Ex and does not accrue to the organizer. The fee includes, among other things, logo exposure on Con.Ex's website.

  • Minimum stand size: 1.5x2= 3m2

Price example:
3 m² × DKK 2,150 = DKK 6,450
Administration fee = DKK 2,250
Total price: DKK 8,700

All prices are excluding VAT

The price includes the following:

  • Exhibition in the coffee break area

  • 1x daily catering per stand,

  • Chair and table on the stand
