On behalf of Dansk Oftalmologisk Selskab (DOS), we now offer the opportunity to exhibit at the Annual Meeting of Danish Ophthalmological Society 2024.

The exhibition will take place in the foyer area situated near the plenary session room.
Please note that it is difficult to accommodate too large stands at this venue.

Please note that you are not allowed to serve or dispense coffee/tea, beer/water/juice or any alcoholic beverages from your exhibition stand.
When shipping from the hotel, please collect all your goods/equipment and contact a hotel employee for further assistance.
Accomodation and extra catering
Con.Ex has 1 room pr exhibitor (company), please get in contact with us if this room is needed. If you require more rooms, you have to book this seperate and do it fast, since the rooms in the area potentially would be gone too
There are NO extra rooms at Hotel Comwell Kolding, since DOS has reserved them all . We reccomend to book at the Hotel Kolding close to the station

Set up and taredown of booths
Setup:
Since the hotel has an event the evening before DOS it is not possible to set up the evening before.
It will be possible to begin setting up the booths from 10.oo in the morning
Taredown:
All booths has to be torn down by Sunday the 3rd of march by 14.oo
Unloading
Unloading and loading has to take place at the main entrance. Heavy machine parts and other things that can make marks on the floor must be placed on protective surfaces that you will have tos bring yourselves.

Exhibition price and Booking
The fee for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Price per m2: DKK 2,200
Administration fee: DKK 2,000
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm.
Price example:
3 sqm x 2,200 = 6,600 + 2,000 Administrationfee for an ekstern part = DKK 8,600 for the smallest stand size.
Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
As agreed with Comwell Kolding, DOS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for:
1 person per stand of 3 – 4 sqm,
2 persons per stand of 4,5 – 8 sqm,
3 persons per stand of 8,5 – 12 sqm,
4 persons per stand of 12,5 – 16 sqm,
5 persons per stand of 16,5 – 20 sqm
6 persons per stand if larger than 20,5 sqm.
