Catering
Companies pay for extra catering over 2, which is incl. in the booth. Lunch is served in the restaurant.

Hvis man ønsker at få afhentet sine materialer på et senere tidspunkt, skal dette arrangeres direkte med hotellet.

Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 2,000
Administration fee: DKK 2,000,- Administrationfee is for an extern part.
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 1.5 = 2.25 sqm.
Priser for udstilling, vælg mellem:
- 1,5×1,5 = 2,25 x 2,000 = DKK 4,500. + DKK 2,000. = DKK 6,500 ex vat.
- 2×2 = 4 x 2,000 = DKK 8,000 + DKK 2,000 = DKK 10,000 ex vat.
- 2×3 = 6 x 2,000 = DKK 12,000 + DKK 1.800 = DKK 14,000 ex vat.
The price includes an exhibition, chair and table on the stand as well as access to the meeting for two people per. stand incl. catering. Possibly. participation at dinner is not included. All additional staff who want catering must pay for this.
