Annual meeting of the Professional Society for Gastroenterological Nurses 5 - 6 November 2021
On behalf of the Society of Gastroenterological Nurses we now offer the possibility to participate as exhibitor at this meeting.

Program and information
Normally the program looks like this: Registration around 9 and joint program until 11.15 where two tracks are divided. Lunch in the exhibition around 12.30 and "Exhibitors' hour" 15-16. On Saturday there is an exhibition time approx. 9-10 and a go-home lunch 12.30.
Numbers of delegates
We expect approx, 120 participants from Denmark, for a couple of educatonal days.

Udstillingen afholdes separat fra det faglige program. I foyeren foran auditoriet.
Dinner
Representatives from the exhibiting companies can attend the dinner. A form is submitted for registration.

Exhibition price and booking
The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
De resterende stande er 1 meter i dybden. (Krav fra hotellet)
Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 2,500
Administration fee: DKK 1,700
Minimum standstørrelse: 1 x 2,25 = 2,25 m2.
Price example:
2,25 m2 x 2.500 = 5.625 + 1.700 = DKK 7.325,- for den mindste standstørrelse.
The price includes exhibition in the coffee break area, chair and table at the exhibition stand, and access to the annual meeting for two stand representatives, including meals and refreshments. Participation in the dinner is not included. All extra staff must pay separately for meals and refreshments.
