DSGH and DKS ' educational course

On behalf of DSGH (Danish Society for Gastroenterology and Hepatology) and DKS (Danish Surgical Society), we now offer the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the autumn course. It's 1 day.

Program and information
The purpose is, among other things, is to focus on continuing education and knowledge sharing between the members of the two societies. The day is intended as a yearly recurring meeting, which aims to contribute to the development and harmonization of the expertise of the two societies as well as to contribute to the strengthening of professional competences at all levels.
Aim:
- to update the staff
- to update knowledge on the latest developments in the topics
- to ensure patients a faster and smooth course
- to harmonize treatment nationally

Exhibition price and booking
There are two opportunities to join. When purchasing a sponsorship package or when purchasing an exhibition stand.
Buying a sponsorship package involves:

Sponsor's company logo is printed in the program

You have the opportunity to purchase more sqm. to your stand - one stand per sponsor package

Employee from the company can participate in the scientific program incl. lunch and coffee - one employee per sponsor package
A stand includes 2 x 2 meters with tables for materials and space for example a rollup. The stand is set up in the area outside the auditorium, where participants spend breaks with and without refreshments. Stands can be set up on the same day from the morning, and if necessary, the night before by appointment.
PRICE: DKK 20,000 excluding VAT.
Purchase of exhibition stands alone involves:
The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 2,000
Administration fee: DKK 1,600
(Includes, for example, logo on www.conex.dk) www.conex.dk)
Minimum stand size: 2 x 2 = 4 sqm.
Price example:
4 sqmx 2.000 = 8.000 + 1.600 = DKK 9.600,- for the smallest stand size.
We suggest the following stand sizes, but remember that it is optional depending on what you need:

2×4 = 8
etc. ...
The price includes an exhibition in the coffee break area, as well as a chair and table on the stand.
DSGH and DKS are financially responsible for coffee and tea and breakfast for 1st person per person. stand, per. day.
Dinner attendance is not included. All extra staff wishing to participate must pay for this.
