On behalf of Dansk Oftalmologisk Selskab (DOS), we now offer the opportunity to exhibit at the Annual Meeting of Danish Ophthalmological Society 2025.
Exhibition area
The exhibition will take place in the foyer area situated near the plenary session room.
Please note that it is difficult to accommodate too large stands at this venue.

The fee for participating with an exhibition booth is as follows:
Price per m2: DKK 2,200
Administration fee: DKK 2,000
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm.
Price example:
3 sqm x 2,200 = 6,600 + 2000 Administrationfee for an ekstern part = DKK 8,400 for the smallest booth size.
Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
As agreed with Comwell Kolding, DOS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for:
1 person per booth of 3 – 4 sqm per day,
2 people per booth of 4,5 – 8 sqm,
3 people per booth of 8,5 – 12 sqm,
4 people per booth of 12,5 – 16 sqm,
5 people per booth of 16,5 – 20 sqm
6 people per booth if larger than 20,5 sqm.
