Exhibition price and Booking
The fee for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Price per m2: DKK 2,300
Administration fee: DKK 1,800 Administration fee for ekstrenal partner (ConEx).
Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm.
Price example:
3 sqm x 2,300 = 6,900 + 1,800 = DKK 8,700 for the smallest stand size.
Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
DNS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for 2 person, as well as admission to the scientific program, per stand.
