Udstillingsområdet
Vi har udstillingen i lobby og intermezzo og ellers foredrag i Skovbrynet, lokale C og et plenumlokale, som vi regner med bliver lokale A.
Når i tilmelder jer, må i meget gerne ønske et område at have udstilling i
Område A: I Intermezzo ved forplejningen
Område B: foran Plenum og foredragslokalerne
Område C: Ved receptionen og forplejningen
Participants
We expect approx, 150 participants from Denmark, for a couple of educatonal days.

Exhibition price and booking
The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Udstillingspris per m2: DKK 2.300,-
Administrationsgebyr: DKK 2.000,- Administrationsgebyr til ekstern part (gebyret går ikke til arrangøren)

Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm
Price example:
3 m2 x 2.300= 6.900 + 2.000 = DKK 8.900,- for den mindste standstørrelse.
The price includes 2 meals per condition.
Dinner attendance is not included. All extra staff wishing to participate must pay for this.
Rooms must be booked directly or at surrounding hotels.
