On behalf of the Danish Society of Nephrology (DNS), we now offer the opportunity to exhibit at this annual (spring) meeting.

We expect approx. 150 participants from all of Denmark to join this exciting and instructive event.

For overnight stay and accommodation. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Participation in the dinner can be booket in the catering tab on this website

 

Exhibiton area

Setup 2rd of May 2 hours before program start
Taredown 3rd of May after last break

Exhibition area will be in Riskov and Moesgaard and not in the lobby area

Catering will be served in the exhibition area, except for lunch which will be served in the restaurant

Sending materials to the hotel

It is possible to send materials to the hotel from the 1st of may with pickup the 4th at the latest.

If you would want a later pickup date, please call the hotel directly

remember to mark your materials with DNS, ConEx, Company name

Price per m2: DKK 2,300
Administration fee: DKK 2,000 Administration fee for ekstrenal partner (ConEx).

Minimum booth size: 1.5 x 2 = 3 sqm.

Price example:
3 sqm x 2,300 = 6,900 + 2,000 = DKK 8,900 for the smallest boothsize.

Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.

DNS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for 2 person, as well as admission to the scientific program, per booth.
