Kaunas is beautiful city, situated in the central part of Lithuania, heart of the country. The confluence of two biggest rivers, Nemunas and Neris, and the Castle in between, reminds us of magnificent history that brings us back to ancient times. The venue of our meeting is ZALGIRIS arena, the biggest in the Baltics sports and events centre which is erected on an island of Nemunas. The symposium PAIN in the BALTICS 2017 to be one of the bigest next year pain medicine events, endorsed by European Pain Federation (EFIC). The scientific program promises to be attractive, offering recent updates basic science and pain management presented by world known invited speakers. The educational program will consists of plenary lectures, topical seminars, poster presentations session. It will cover pain mechanisms and novel treatments, current trends in pharmacotherapy, invasive techniques for effective pain control.
