The registration and the coffee is served in the showroom, and all participants are reminded to come early and enjoy the exhibition and the food. BUT at 10.30 am the first real exhibitor break will be held. If you have finished setting up the stand before registration, it is preferable, it will also make more participants want to enter the room.

When booking, please make sure to wish for 3 booths and we will do our best to ensure that you get one of your wishes.
the booths will be divided through the: "first come, first served" policy.

Sending of materials:

You can send your materials to the hotel from the 11th with pickup on the 15th.

Please, remember to mark your parcels with DKS, Company

Special electricity

If you need special electricity, please contact the hotel directly

Namebadges

As something new we will provide namebadge for all the exhibitors,
We will send out a form closer to the event, asking for names
The namebadge will be provided by ConEx and will have ConEx name or logo on the badge and Lanyards

The fee for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:

Price per m2: DKK 3,950
Administration fee: DKK 2,250 (the adm. fee goes directly to Con.Ex)

Minimum stand size: 1,5*2 = 3

Price example:
3 m2 x 3,950 = 11,850 + 2.250 = DKK 14,100 for the smallest Booth size.

Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.

As agreed with the venue, DKS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for:
1 person per stand of 3 – 4 m2
2 persons per stand of 4.5 – 8 m2
3 persons per stand of 8.5 – 12 m2
4 persons per stand if larger than 12 m2.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you need further information (e.g. special chair sizes or tables, etc.)

If you are interested in participating in the gala dinner, you must be a member of the DKS

Company Sessions
Just like last year, there are options on having a company session on either the Thursday and Friday.

The price of a company session is DKK 30,000. ex vat.

There are the following timeslots avaliable:

• Thursday at 12.00-13.00
• Friday at 9.30-10.30

There might also be a slot on the Friday at 12.00-13.00

The exhibitors must arrange the speaker and possibly AV help with resp. speakers and hotel.

Included in the session you will be able to put up a roll up in the registration area, promoting the session
The Rollup needs to be provided by the company itself and either brought or sent to the venue
