Danish Surgical Society Annual Meeting (DKS) 16. – 17. november, 2023
No more exhibition booths left.
On behalf of Dansk Kirurgisk Selskab (DKS), we now offer the opportunity to exhibit at their annual meeting.
The duration of the exhibition will be 2 days with changing audience.
We want to use social media, and for that we need your help. I would therefore very much like to receive a few lines (50-100 words) about who you are and what you offer, as well as a picture of you, the product, the logo or what you would like to show. It will be shown on twitter, linkedIn, facebook, for the members and other good places. If there are places you do not want to appear, please also write it in your email to us.
Exiting offers:
- It will be possible to bid on a parallel session as a company.
- The Danish Surgical Society has asked 4 nurses to contribute with the planning of part of the program.

Programme
We move on with the attempt to make reasonably fluid breaks. This is to meet the desire for fewer people gathered at once and for you as exhibitors to be able to concentrate on those who come out and have more to do for a longer period of time. The differenc subjects are switched among the session rooms.
The registration and the coffee is served in the showroom, and all participants are reminded to come early and enjoy the exhibition and the food. BUT at 10.30 am the first real exhibitor break will be held. If you have finished setting up the stand before registration, it is preferable, it will also make more participants want to enter the room. Those of you who participate in the 2 minute presentations must be ready before, as it is completed before the first break.

Exhibition price and Booking
The fee for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Price per m2: DKK 3,650
Administration fee: DKK 1,800 (does not go to the professional society)
Minimum stand size: 1,5*2 = 3
Price example:
3 m2 x 3,650 = 10,950 + 1,800 = DKK 12,750 for the smallest stand size.
Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
As agreed with the venue, DKS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for:
1 person per stand of 3 – 4 m2
2 persons per stand of 4.5 – 6 m2
3 persons per stand of 6.5 – 9 m2
4 persons per stand if larger than 9.5 m2.

2 min. sessions

It is important to write them both, so remeber to send the Email to Gitte and CC Jonas too.
Gitte and Jonaswill need the following for the sessions:
– Topic
– Someone to give the speech
– 1-2 slides
Company session:
There are options on Thursday and Friday. Ex. a colorectal interested exhibitor can choose a slot where there are no colorectal lectures. The exhibitors must arrange speak and possibly AV help with resp. speakers and hotel.
The price of such a company session is DKK 25,000.
