On behalf of DKS, we now offer the opportunity to exhibit at their annual meeting.

The duration of the exhibition will be 3 days with changing audience. Please inform us, if you are not interested in exhibiting all 3 days.

The floor-to-ceiling height in Everest 1 is 4,6 m. The foyer is approx 20 m.

Please note that it is difficult to accommodate large stands at this venue.

Company Presentation
We are proud to give you the opportunity to give a speech of 2 minutes at the Danish Surgical Society Annual Meeting 2015.

The session is meant as a teaser to get participants to visit your stand. Therefore, it is important that the speach does not exceed 2 minutes and consists of not more than 2 slides. It will be most valuable for the participants, if the topic is about news from the exhibiting company.

A speach is free with registration on a first come, first served basis for all exhibitors, who have bought a stand of more than 5 m2. There is a maximum of 10 companies, distributed in extension of the 2 poster presentations.

This year, the Danish Surgical Society (DKS) offers the opportunity to sponsor a session / workshop. This is an opportunity to show or teach anything you want, with relevance to the participants.

There has been allocated 30 minutes in the beginning of the breaks. The price is DKK 25,000 ex. VAT. Only three companies can sponsor a session / workshop, and registration is on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibition price and Booking

The fee for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:

Price per m2: DKK 3,600
Administration fee: DKK 1,500

Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 1.5 = 2.25

Price example:
2.25 m2 x 3,600 = 8,100 + 1,500 = DKK 9,600 for the smallest stand size.

Coffee will be served in the exhibition area.

As agreed with Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, DKS is financially responsible for coffee/tea and lunch for 1 person per stand of 2.25 – 3 m2 per day, 2 persons per stand of 3 – 6 m2, 3 persons per stand of 6 – 9 m2, and 4 persons per stand if larger than 10 m2.
