The Institute has been at the heart of Birmingham’s cultural life for over 150 years.

Location: Less than 10 mins from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham B2 4QA, Storbritannien

Alternatively metered parking is available around the BMI building on Margaret Street and Cornwall Street. 

• Parking outside building limited to 4 hours and city council people come early – no deals for events
• Snow Hill Station the nearest public car park : £12.50 for 12 hours.

Exhibition area

Dickens Room: very good for catering and exhibitors [up to 100].  If number greater than 100 we will use John Peek to set out food and take it through to Dickens. 

There is a lift available foe exhibitors 

• Door width – 3tf, Inside – 3ft x 4.5ft.

Again, we offer the possibility to book a exhibition booth including access to the skill workshop area.

As last year we have a change to the usual setup of two rooms with speakers in both, we plan to keep it to one stream of high quality popular speakers in one room, and the other room will be a ‘Skills Workshop’.

We envisage the second double Workshop Room for two companies to be a space where delegates can learn and interact with different products or anaesthetic & PACU focus using same product.

These can be longer sessions, and structured more formally, instead of the quick one-on-one demonstrations that happens currently at the exhibitors stands.

Your company would have 4 sessions with delegates to inform them about your product as well as having a stand in the exhibition.  Cost of stand = £650 – with added workshop time cost to company = £800.
